BID FORMS, SPECIFICATIONS, & BIDDING PROCEDURES FOR:
Civic Center East Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EIFS)

The City of Hazelwood Public Works Department, Parks & Recreation Division, is receiving bid proposals from Manufacturer Certified Installers for the installation of an Exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) at Hazelwood Civic Center East, 8969 Dunn Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042. All proposals are to be received by 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 24, 2012, by the City Manager, at which time they will be opened publicly. Bids are available at the Hazelwood City Hall, Public Works Dept., 415 Elm Grove Lane, Hazelwood, MO, 63042, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at the Hazelwood Civic Center East on Fri., April 20, 2012, at 11 a.m.
