Aviator Business Park

ABP aerial This development is the former Ford assembly plant which has been demolished in preparation for redevelopment. It is about 155 acres and is being developed by Panattoni. It is located on N. Lindbergh Blvd., near Lambert St. Loius International Airport.

The Mills was built in 2003. It is a large regional mall with a number of national retailers. The concept is an outlet and discount mall. It is a fun place at which to shop.

Park 370 surrounds St. Louis Mills.  It is zoned light industrial and is easily accessed from MO 370.  Tenants include GT Advanced Technologies, Schnucks, Luxco, American Metals Supply and AAA.
